By purchasing any product from Feisty Femy, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership and use of the item. SHIPPING 

ALL orders received before 4PM M-F, Eastern Standard Time are shipped that day at no extra cost to you. Orders received after 4PM will be shipped the next business day. Please allow 2-9 business days for delivery.

*Note: We are NOT open on the weekend. Any orders placed over the weekend will ship out first thing on Monday (or Tuesday based on holidays).
